๐ณ Refund & Cancellation Policy
(a) Refunds and cancellations are available only on a pro-rata basis, and in accordance with SEBI regulations, internal policy frameworks, and the nature and duration of the subscribed service.
(b) We must clarify that while we strive to provide quality recommendations, our research reports do not carry any assurance of profit or return, and refunds are unrelated to market performance or investment outcomes.
๐ Client Responsibilities
- (a) Carefully review all information about the services offered.
- (b) Read and accept our Risks, Disclosures and Disclaimers, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy before making a payment.
- (c) Understand that losses incurred based on research reports cannot be claimed under any circumstances.
๐ฐ Annual Fees Limit Set by SEBI for Research Analysts (All Services)
Annual Fees Terms & Conditions: Please review our refund policy to prevent any potential conflicts of interest.
- The maximum annual fees limit established by SEBI is โน1,51,000 plus GST.
- If the fees per PAN exceed โน1,51,000 plus GST within a year, the remaining group services will be complimentary for the remaining period up to one year.
๐ Understanding a Pro-Rata Refund Policy and its terms
A pro-rata refund policy allows customers to receive a refund based on the unused portion of a service after cancellation.
- Identify the total amount paid and the subscription period (donโt count the free service period).
- Calculate unused time, excluding any free periods.
- Determine the refund amount using the formula:
Pro-Rata Refund = (Unused duration / Total period) ร Original charge.
๐งฎ Examples
Scenario 1:
For a โน1,78,180/- annual subscription cancelled after 3 months with 9 months unused,
Pro-Rata Refund = (9/12) ร 1,78,180 = โน1,33,635/-.
Scenario 2:
If the monthly fee is โน30,000 (inclusive of GST), according to SEBI RA regulations, we will charge no more than โน1,51,000 plus GST.
- Services will only be complimentary if the total fees reach โน1,78,176 (inclusive of GST) for all services within the year.
- Please note that the calculation will not be based on โน30,000 ร 12 = โน3,60,000.
- Please let us know if fees exceed โน1.51 lakh plus GST. We will promptly initiate a full refund for any amount above โน1.51 lakh plus GST without imposing any charges.
- Note: Payment gateway charges are non-refundable. Direct Valid UPI payments are recommended to avoid conflicts.

If you have any objections to the fee structure, please let us know or email us right away for a refund or clarification on the support details provided below, before the commencement of services. Once services have been rendered or utilized, we will not consider any further discussions about refunds.
